Virginia/Maryland Territory Manager
Job Description
- Job requires overnight travel (approximately 50%) and daily field work calling on retail customers. We provide 30 established lines, a protected territory & generous employee benefits (see “Employee Benefits” below).
Personality Characteristics:
- In order to be successful and satisfied in this position, you must be highly intelligent, independent, self-motivated, self-reliant, self-disciplined, and have a very strong work ethic.
- You need to prefer working with minimal supervision, feedback, and encouragement.
- You should enjoy multi-tasking and thrive on growing, improving, changing, and organizing yourself in a chaotic, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
- A high tolerance for rejection is necessary; in fact, rejection should motivate you to accomplish more.
