Werner Frank has a very high rate of employee retention. Rarely do we have openings in our showrooms or territories. However, due to growth and expansion, the following positions are currently available:
TENNESSEE TERRITROY MANAGER
Job requires overnight travel (approximately 50%) and daily field work calling on retail customers. We provide 30 established lines, a protected territory & generous employee benefits (see “Employee Benefits” below). Personality Characteristics: In order to be successful and satisfied in this position, you must be highly intelligent, independent, self-motivated, self-reliant, self-disciplined, & have a very strong work ethic. You need to prefer working with minimal supervision, feedback, & encouragement. You should enjoy multi-tasking and thrive on growing, improving, changing, and organizing yourself in a chaotic, demanding, and rapidly changing environment. A high tolerance for rejection is necessary; in fact, rejection should motivate you to accomplish more.
